What this site is

RoyalStakes is a static reference site: pages are plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript files with no server-side account system, no user registration, and no server-side database collecting personal information as part of normal browsing.

Session storage for the age-confirmation prompt

When you confirm the age-related prompt shown on your first page view, this site stores a single value, royalstakes_age_ok, in your browser's sessionStorage. This value is used only to avoid showing the prompt again during the same browser session, on any page of this site. It is not sent to any server, it is not linked to your identity, and it is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab or session.

No advertising or tracking cookies described here

This static reference does not itself set third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If this site is ever accessed through a distribution channel (such as a search or advertising platform) that applies its own tracking technologies before or alongside your visit, that is governed by that platform's own privacy policy, not by RoyalStakes.

Fonts and external resources

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font from a third-party service may involve a request to that service's servers; consult Google's own privacy documentation for details of what, if anything, is logged on their end. RoyalStakes does not control this behaviour beyond selecting which fonts to use.

Your choices

You can clear sessionStorage at any time using your browser's settings, or by using a private/incognito browsing window, which will not persist the age-confirmation value between sessions. Doing so simply means the age-confirmation prompt will appear again on your next visit within a new session.
